In order to streamline website submission requests and better serve you, the Saint James Communications Committee utilizes a website ticketing system. Every submission request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

It is our goal to turn around all tickets within 48 hours. However if your request is time sensitive please indicate so and we will do our best to accommodate your request in the needed time frame.

Please note, this ticketing support system is provided for content updates for our ministry leads and volunteers who are promoting Parish news and activities. Any parishioner questions should contact the Parish office directly.
